Document setup with Nginx-ingress

It would be nice to have a section describing the steps to install kubecf and have it reachable from outside using the ingress controller.

What I'd also to see there, are the steps to set up also on a baremetal environment, for example k3s, to setup nginx-controller controller.service.externalIPs and its relationship with the dns settings.

So, it should answer to the following questions:

• How do I setup nginx ingress?
• How do I check that nginx is reachable from outside?
• How can I troubleshoot If I can't access to the API?
• How do I setup the DNS?
