Hi Robert Hope you are well! As discussed, is it possible to implement CLAHE in 3D with CLIJ? Scikit-image has this function already here: https://scikit-image.org/docs/dev/api/skimage.exposure.html#skimage.exposure.equalize_adapthist Currently, I have been using Python to this and then import it into FIJI.
