Potential use before initialization of dq at flux3.f90 #505

I noticed that dq variable is used without initialization at the x-sweep here:
https://github.com/clawpack/pyclaw/blob/master/src/pyclaw/sharpclaw/flux3.f90#L56

The Acoustics 3D example does not pass dq as input. I assume the same issue is available at flux2.f90
