Issues and PRs are piling. Are maintainers needed?

Going through the open PRs and issues is disheartening especially when compared to how well other libs like Supertest are doing. Is this lib still to be maintained? Are new maintainers needed? Whats going on?

Yes, we'd still like this library maintained.

Are new maintainers needed?

New maintainers are always welcome. We'd encourage anyone who would like to, to help triage issues & raise PRs. I regularly provide contributors who've made more than a couple of good quality contributions commit access so they can close issues and merge PRs as they see fit.

Whats going on?

I can't speak for the other maintainers, but for myself, I have limited free time to work on Chai and I'm trying hard to work on the core and get it into a better shape so that plugins like these can be maintained more easily.
