phobius not found

Hi Developers,
I am trying to download the dependency phobius using the link supplied but the link is unavailable. Please advice.

Phobius is available via its website: https://phobius.sbc.su.se/data.html

To quote from my recent venture into installing predector:

Phobius has changed its filename to .tgz and removed the LicenseAgreement.txt from the folder. You now have to create an empty LicenseAgreement.txt inside the tar.gz to succesfully run phobius-register.

The link Markus provided is good.
But it's likely you'll still have some trouble setting up the environment after that.

I'll be updating the documention and updating the dependencies this week, so hopefully we'll have you running ASAP :)
