Interactive commit client: use arrow keys or type to search to find the most frequent used gitmojis - hotfix , new feature etc…

Reorder gitmojis so popular ones will be in the beginning of the options list to choose from

Hey!

What do you mean by popular ones? The ones that you might frequently use might not be the same ones for other people so it can be a bit tricky to reorder the emojis based on usage as we have no metrics on that.

Regarding the pin feature, that's a complete separate thing and as you mentioned we already have an issue for that!
