Describe the bug

When put in fullscreen, the tabs bar is completely transparent, showing content from the webpage behind
Fullscreen issue

Expected behavior

The background should be opaque.

If it's v115, it should work normally in Windows 7, but it's strange.
I will install it on the VM and take a look.
