Detect blocks mined by P2Pool #22

P2Pool blocks can be identified by their many coinbase outputs (paying directly to the miner). Eligius pool blocks are however similar.

Ideal would be to find a hardcoded P2Pool development address which the blocks paid 0.5% (?) of the coinbase reward to.
