In Stash you have to manually set DNS settings to rule, apparently this app is overriding original config settings and make some issues.

I know nothing about your local network conditions, however I can suggest using fragment by apps like Streisand or setting clean IPs, panel provides the subscription link for fragment, you can customize settings based on your ISP.
