Several issues seems windows related. Will look into it while doing the maintenance release #342

I wonder if it was due to scandirectory dependency using readdir-cluster and clustering not being supported for some reason their environments. If so, an earlier watchr versions would work for them.

As part of #342 I'll be redoing the scanning flow, so if that is the case, it'll also resolve it.
