Very closely related to geneontology/amigo#317.
This is essentially a rewrite/refactor of the final parts of bbop-js and bbopx-js that have not already been spun out into their own libraries. This means that the final jQuery and widget parts will finally be sealed away in their own reusable NPM pages and downstream application can finally be sensibly compiled.
