A Issue where Underline height is too large when i zoom out the Text

It makes it harder to read when I want to readd everything is a zoomed out view, I thought to use a plugin for that which is Style Settings but it didn't worked.

I have just this issue and I'd actually come here for just this. I was starting to look at the css so I could overwrite with my own snippets but maybe to do a pr to just expose hyperlink formatting options to Style Settings.

I note that the bubbles around tags overlap too (which is a clear indicator of a zoom issue, in retrospect). Maybe we can fix that as well? I really can't use this theme zoomed in but I'm loving it otherwise..
