Renaming a Suborg - Title should update the URL name

User Story

As a admin,

I want when updating a suborg Title Name, that the URL Name gets update at the same time. Like it does when updating a Package Title, that URL Name updates at the same time.

so that Two reasons: when typing in the URL Name manually it is prone to spelling mistakes; and if the url is not update, it takes about 4 or so days for the URL Name to match that of the new Title Name..


example: Changed Lands and Resources to Major Projects and Strategic Consultation Initiatives.
URL stayed https://catalogue.data.gov.bc.ca/organization/land_and_resources
Until it is changed manually and hope it spelled it all correctly to https://catalogue.data.gov.bc.ca/organization/major-projects-and-strategic-consultation-initiatives
