Issue with Android attestation on single device

One pilot member is not able to use their Huawei LIO-L29 running Android 10. The error form the attesatation service is:

The controller reports:

@knguyenBC Are you able to have this person check the Google Play store integrity, here are the 4 steps to do this. They should see something like the image below at the bottom of the "about" screen from step 4.

If it is not certified, expand "Device isn’t certified" and there are some troubleshooting tips.
