Unexpected text appears when updating update tool

Description:
Update tool versions 1.3.7-rc1 and 1.3.6 have the same command bal. But a text appears saying ballerina command was changed to bal.

Ie : $ bal build
     $ bal dist list
     $ bal dist update
Tool version updated to the latest version: 1.3.6

Special Note: ballerina-command-1.3.7-rc1.jar hasn't been removed from Ballerina\lib directory. It will be reason a to store unnecessary files and will increase memory.

Steps to reproduce:
Run the following command when you have a different version than the latest.
bal update

Affected Versions:
Update tool version - 1.3.6 and newer versions
