[Feature Request] - Kotlin Examples

Hey folks,
I would like to contribute examples in Kotlin with https://aws.amazon.com/sdk-for-kotlin/. I had these questions:

1. Do you prefer one rather large PR with all the readme files and examples together or would you like a couple of small PRs example by example?
2. Do you prefer having build scripts included in the example or are the main source files with the example sufficient?

Hello @plastic-karma thanks for your interest in contributing! It would be amazing if you can bring the Kotlin examples, I prefer small PRs, however you can group them by functionality for example, one PR for WorkingWithItems another for WorkingWithIndexes etc. the idea is to make the revision as simple as possible so we can quickly merge the PR.

I prefer to have the build script included in the example, so if in the future someone new to Kotlin wants to run the example but is not really sure how to, they will have a lower barrier to run the examples. However, to save time if you have the sources ready you can push them, crete the respective "fast followers" to enhance them. In any case it will be more than what we have right now! :)

If you are submitting several small PRs I recommend creating subtask on this issue to keep a track on them. Please suggest the task required to complete this enhancement.
