Initial POC: f171ae0

Notes:

  • using the js API today allows use of esbuild plugins written in js and passed via esbuild(config)
  • using the the js or go API only allows plugins in that language, using the raw binary means no plugins?

WIP: switch to directly invoking esbuild binary

NOTE:
* this removes support for js config files, including js plugins
* using a .js launcher previously meant go plugins weren't supported
