Add support for "--ignore-status" option

What steps did you take and what happened:

I was configuring the Harbor Scanner Adapter for Trivy and noticed that the --ignore-status option, which is available in the Trivy CLI, is not supported as an environment configuration variable within the adapter.

What did you expect to happen:

I expected that the --ignore-status option could be configured using an environment variable within the Harbor Scanner Adapter for Trivy, similar to other Trivy CLI options.

Environment:

• Harbor installation process (Installer script, Helm chart, etc.): Installer script
