执行mqadmin报No such file or directory错误 #233

Please describe the issue you observed:

k8s里面部署的rocketmq5.3.0，各个角色pod已经正常running了，进入pod执行mqadmin命令的时候，总是会报"No such file or directory"的错误，见下图，但mqadmin命令可以正常执行，可以看到执行结果

就是想问下大神，这个错误什么原因导致？怎么解决呀？

环境：
rocketmq5.3.0
k8s 1.28.0
install chart：https://hub.docker.com/layers/apache/rocketmq/0.0.1/images/sha256-78559fc101daccb7659ffa9df98904d04b86e9b7580625694b8f04ee543ad790?context=explore
