Description
CrossRef parser needs to handle doctypes of "dissertation" and "sa_component"
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior: I ran a list of dois.txt through the ADSManualParser to obtain metadata from crossref, but it seems that the doctypes were causing an issue.
Additional context
Found additional information for what 'sa_component' means: stand-alone component.
"Component records are often registered for figures, tables, and supplemental materials associated with a journal article. Components may be deposited along with their parent DOI or they can be deposited by themselves in a separate XML file as a stand-alone component. Components have their own metadata which is distinct from that of the parent DOI(s)." (CrossRef)
