Author names treated as unicode strings

Bugfix: rely on doctype to track software records

Do not rely on empty bibcodes from datacite parser to track software

The datacite metadata parser may recover a bibcode (e.g., from 'suplemented by')
which has not been generated by citation capture, thus when this field
is filled it does not mean that the record is a software one

Normalized author names

• Author name parsed/normalized (simple approach)
• Properties added to nonbib
• Corrected author facet hierarchy
• Added astronomy database

First working release

Added requests requirement

- Extra logging of failed event emission
- Added instructions to deploy in production
