Add menu header subtitle color variable #515

Subject of the issue

There is currently no Less variable to control the menu header subtitle color. This is the text shown in course.json for the subtitle property. We do already have variables to control the font styles for the subtitle.

I would suggest adding @menu-header-subtitle-color to the menu section in _colors.less.
