Instructions for loading and using ESP32-C3 based boards #1339

It would be nice if the Circuitpython download page for ESP32-C3 based boards linked to instructions for loading and using them, as they are not as easy to use as typical Circuitpython supported boards. (Because they do not have native USB.)

I created PRs #1337 and #1338 to address this issue.

This issue is relevant to #1115 , although my PRs do not address that issue (which recommends a holistic approach to documenting board quirks).
