Add bank name to BankDetails / XML output #559

I'm using current version 2.14.2.

In IZUGFeRDTradeSettlementPayment writing the bank name to XML is commented out:

xml += "<ram:PayeeSpecifiedCreditorFinancialInstitution>"
	+ "<ram:BICID>" + XMLTools.encodeXML(getOwnBIC()) + "</ram:BICID>"
	// + " <ram:Name>"+trans.getOwnBankName()+"</ram:Name>"
	//
	+ "</ram:PayeeSpecifiedCreditorFinancialInstitution>";

This could be easily implemented by adding a property bankName to BankDetails and then implement getOwnBankName() there.

Could you add this feature?
