Building the user propagator example

Hello,

I just installed Z3 on a Linux machine and followed the instructions to build the executables in the "examples" folder. However, the user propagator example did not build (the other example executables appeared in the "build" folder). Does anyone have any suggestions as to why this would happen and how to fix it so that I can run the user propagator example?
