Can I use yolov9 to train a model if there is a text on image

Can I use yolov9 to train a model if there is text on the image I want a fast inference time something like: 0.001 second per image on my macbook M3 chip. Currently with custom model trained on a tiny model speed is around 0.01-0.02 second per image.
