    Please describe in plain English what the enhancement is and what the use case is.

Saturation and Vibrancy are not the same(a common misconception is that they are the same), allowing for additional vibrancy control would be a nice feature to have

Side point as to why saturation over vibrancy, vibrancy requires a pretty big conversion to hsl or another color space, of which none is needed at the moment for saturation, since it's just a transformation matrix and highly optimized for a gpu to use
