Some tokens do not follow ERC20 interface: OMG, ADX, PAY, MTL

The root of the problem: vyperlang/vyper#1383

This tokens are not working. It is not possible to add liquidity:

When a function called from within another function should return uint256 but it returns nothing, the caller is terminated without raise vyperlang/vyper#1383
