It would be best to start with scratch-gui (https://docs.turbowarp.org/development/getting-started) before worrying about the turbowarp.org repository.

This repository is just the backend stuff anyways that makes it so you can visit URLs like /1234 and it works. scratch-gui is where the actual GUI, editor, compiler, etc. will be.
