A lot of these present as normal left-to-right English text on YT, appear to have the text mirrored in the scan log summary, and have the text left-to-right again in the detailed scan log entry. Example below:

Exposing the control characters looks like they're using text direction controls to hide:

Can verify this issue has gotten worse, filters do not pick up this, but duplicate detection does. I have attached my latest scan for anyone to see. Its a major shame Youtube doesn't pick up on these comments, even if the same account posts 100+ times.
