This is for base-1.12.2-3.13.0 it is seems to be cascading worldgen lag with Open terrain generator (OTG)

[Server thread/INFO] [OTG]: Cascading chunk generation detected.
[Server thread/WARN] [FML]: B.A.S.E loaded a new chunk [-45, 41] in dimension 0 (overworld) while populating chunk [-46, 41], causing cascading worldgen lag.
