Which main steps to type when launching doodba template? #436

Hello there, After typing the following in a terminal: $ and following with: $ $ $ $ $ $ $
CTRL+C $ $ $ In the end I manage to make it work. Then, in a browser I type: "localhost:12069" It seems to work properly, but I wonder if there's anything missing, or probably there are some lines that shouldnt' be typed. Any ideas to clarify and make it work better? |

Hi @LudLaf Some of the steps you mention seem to be a part of the steps that were performed using the “old” Doodba Scaffolding. As explained here, that scaffolding method has been deprecated, and we are now maintaining https://github.com/Tecnativa/doodba-copier-template. In the README in that project and in https://github.com/Tecnativa/doodba-copier-template/blob/main/docs/daily-usage.md, you should find all the information you need 😃 As you can see from there, a lot of the commands you mention (like symlinks and chmods) are no longer needed, as they are performed as part of the If you still find some information missing, please report back here 🙂 |
