Need to add a higher level that contains (covers) document-types. The proposed level would be a namespace that reflects a collection of document-types.

In the implementation of elasthink, namespace can be used as an engineering team name that owns a collection of document-type indexes.

This will modify the index format (with addition of namespace as a prefix).
This also adds a new parameter in the url for indexing and searching purpose.
