Folder sanitization gives an error when sanitizing a name to lowercase (with that systemsetting set), for example:
UppercaseDir should be created as uppercasedir, but, the rename method in Modx performs a file_exists check and therefor will not rename the directory because UppercaseDir is already created and thereby exists already.
