As an event organizer,
I don't want presentations to be scheduled for longer than 15min,
to keep talks concise and let more people talk.

Acceptance Criteria

When creating a new presentation and I enter a duration of 20min and click save
- I should receive an error message telling me that presentations are capped at 15min
- and the event should not save
