Describe the bug
I'm trying to use |cover= or |poster= for Local File but doesn't seem to work with the following
[[File:TEST.mp4|none|480px|cover=File:TESTCover.png]]
$wgEmbedVideoRequireConsent is at the default value
Am I missing something?

Technical information:

Extension Version 3.4.2
MediaWiki Version 1.41.2
