- if tab-complete filled in a filename with spaces, tab-cycle wouldn't work. Fixed.

- if cl_demo_compress is 1, and a demo is being recorded, and another record command is issued, and the
new filename already exists (whew!), the compress prompt now comes before the overwrite prompt

- moving the mouse during demo playback now shows the on-screen display
- increased MAX_ENT_LEAFS from 16 to 64 (fixes the "disappearing brush model" bug)
- fixed a bug in the memory manager (Cache_TryAlloc) that could cause a hang when relocating memory
(probably introduced in v0.90-b3)
- improved performance with animated and/or dynamic lighting:
- animated lights are now just as fast when multitexturing is on as when it's off
(reduced amount of lightmap uploading by ~10x)
- if a map has no colored lighting, 8-bit lightmaps are now used (instead of 24-bit)
- non-colored lightmaps in a .lit file are loaded as 8-bit
- when gl_lightmode or r_fullbright is changed, lightmaps now get reloaded only when they are needed,
instead of all being done immediately
- changed the lighting code for alias models; colored lighting now shows up

- "record" command now asks user for confirmation if a demo with the given name already exists
- if client disconnected while recording a demo, compression procedure wasn't completed until
a new map was opened. Fixed.
- if user was recording a demo and then changed maps (via the "map" command), compressing the
demo resulted in the argument to "map" being lost. Fixed.
- added tip about backspace to menu (displayed when user exits menu, then reopens < 2s later)
