Intermittent build failures

The gh action that builds the page failed twice when I tried to get the Advisory for CVE-2023-2088 out yesterday.
When I re-started with debug logging on to check where things go wrong, it did succeed, so our page is up-to-date at this point and the advisory went out.
However, we need to watch this and understand if this was a one-off (hicc-up in github infra) or whether we are running against limits (build time?) or our build automation is not reliable?
