Firstly, I would like to express my gratitude for putting together this exciting competition. It is a great opportunity for researchers and enthusiasts to showcase their skills and contribute to the field of tracking in soccer!
I am reaching out to ask for clarification on the rules regarding the use of pretrained models in the challenge.
Specifically, I would like to know if the usage of pretrained models are prohibited, even if the data used to train the models is freely available. For example, would it be allowed to use (including fine-tuning) object detectors trained on the COCO dataset or ReID models trained on ImageNet or Market-1501?
