Getting permission denied error

Hey there, our team is trying to modernize and we're working on a POC for deploying snowflake objects with actions but we're running into a bit of trouble.

I'm receiving a permission denied error from config_manager running on ubuntu. I've tried to dig and understand where exactly I'm going wrong with the permissions and haven't had any success yet. Hoping someone on the team can help me understand where I've gone wrong.

Think I was able to get by it by adding both chown and chmod commands, but now getting 251005: User is empty, although I am putting it config and confirming with cat my_config.toml.

Hi @robinfuller,
As a workaround of $USER, you can copy the config.toml to a new location and use the copied file instead.

Additionally, could you try using a newer version? The issue should be resolved in version 1.5.
