Project domain configuration

I installed Stub manually following the instructions in the README. The application is working correctly; however, it is not clear how to configure the domains for each project.

Do I need to create a configuration in Nginx for this? Or should I just point the project domain to the server IP? I am using CloudFlare to point the project domain, however, it still does not work. I found an issue that addressed this same issue, however, the solution to the problem was also not clear.
