In accordance with SUSE Public Cloud lifecycle, the images:

"suse-sles-15-sp1-chost-byos.*-hvm-ssd-x86_64"

moved from status = active to status = inactive, upon release of a subsequent service pack (e.g. SLES 15 SP2).

Please either change the search to use the inactive status, or update for SLES 15 SP2.
