Would be nice to update the wiki page and add a link to download a sample dataset. That would be useful for testing and would allow the great tutorial to be applied.

I believe this tutorial has a pet/ct dataset with two timepoints that can be used for testing of this module:

Looking at the dataset you pointed out, it seems there is report included. Do you know what would be the step to create such report ?

Thanks @naucoin for pointing out this dataset: http://www.osirix-viewer.com/datasets/DATA/LUNGIX.zip

JC, I am not sure what report you are talking about. I also do not know how the LUNGIX dataset is relevant ...

But yes indeed the link I gave you earlier is not a good dataset, as the module requires both PET and CT for 2 timepoints.

Here's is the dataset that can be used for testing: http://www.na-mic.org/Wiki/images/7/73/PETCTFusion-Tutorial-Data.zip. I added links to it to the nightly and documentation pages. I was able to load it using LongitudinalPETCT plugin.

@fedorov I meant report selection as it is described here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_detailpage&v=O7Di6UZDsf0#t=63

Oh, I see. It's the "report node" you were talking about. That node should be generated by the extension plugin when it recognizes a suitable dataset. Please import the dataset I referenced into DICOM module, install the extension and make sure the LongitudinalPETCT plugin is enabled, then parse at the patient level, it should allow you to load the node. If you need help, I can guide you over hangout. I have time today before 4pm.
