Checklist

  • I am using the current master branch
  • I am running on an up-to-date pypsa-usa environment. Update via conda env update -f envs/environment.yaml

The Issue

Resstock and Comstock timestamps are all in Eastern timezone (see here)! I didnt realize this and the load profiles need to be corrected to account for this
