I am running on an up-to-date pypsa-usa environment. Update via conda env update -f envs/environment.yaml
The Issue
The working capacity was accidentally taken to represent e_initial for natural gas underground storage. This is incorrect and can result in situations where e_initial is less than e_min. If you have high enough import capacity, the model can correct this in the first timestep - sometimes masking this problem
Steps To Reproduce
Run a sector model of California, Washington, and Oregon
Expected Behavior
No response
