solvers: dumping generalized coordinates when a NaN is detected in the

This would provide a useful debugging tool, since I could reconstruct the full state that caused the NaNs with the generalized coordinates and POD basis. Either we print the generalized coordinates prior to screen or to disk. I would personally prefer printing to disk, but either way works.
