동아리, 자치단체 추천은 장소 추천 보다 불명확한 태스크.

즐겨찾기 정도로 구현하는 걸로 태스크 변경.
추후에 즐겨찾기한 자치단체, 동아리 소식을 메일로 받는 기능으로 발전하면 좋을 듯.
