메인 페이지의 공지 사항의 유저 접근성을 파악하기 위해 공지 사항마다 좋아요 표시 기능과 좋아요 개수를 나타내주는 기능 개발

공지 사항 별 총 좋아요 수와 유저에 따라 각 공지사항에 대한 좋아요 여부 표시
- notice 프론트에서 유저 아이디를 전달받아야 함
유저 별로 공지사항 좋아요 여부를 알아야 함. 모르면 중복 좋아요 가능 => 공지사항에 좋아요 칼럼을 둘 게 아니라 유저, 공지사항 정보 가지는 좋아요 테이블 필요
만약 비회원이라면 좋아요 시 로그인을 하라는 창 띄우고 로그인 화면으로 리다이렉팅
좋아요 누르고 뒤로가기 하면 어떤 일이 생기나? 중복 좋아요 가능할까?
