With the introduction of a timeout flag in cpackget v0.7.1, some users might find hard to come up with a sensible number, as a value can be high enough for certain hosts but not enough for others.

Instead of specifying a timeout in seconds, specify a --number-of-retries instead. Like what happens in TCP, start with a small timeout (5 seconds for example) and retry the specified number of times, each time increasing the time window (30~40% more).
