PSAT workshops are available.  A listing of upcoming training events is available at the DOE web site:

The training includes both end-user and specialist workshops.  Those attending the specialist workshops who take and successfully complete an exam given at the end are designated as "PSAT Specialist".  A listing of PSAT specialists is also available on the DOE web site at:
